Development of tailor-made processes
We develop strategies for the biotransformational synthesis of your desired compound, which includes feasibility studies as well as the process development. After the identification of a suitable catalyst for the production of your compound we can optimise the enzyme via our protein engineering technology to offer you the best performance available. Together with the optimisation of the reaction pathway we are able to produce your high-value chemical up to the kilogram scale.

Synthesis
Based on our background in chemistry and biochemistry we are able to produce building blocks and fine chemicals either via chemical syn- thesis or via biocatalytic conversion. In combining both approaches we can produce high-value compounds via alternative routes to meet qualitative and economic demands of our customers.
